Written by It’s time to schedule payments even more efficiently than before! In 6.1.0, we’re making a few enhancements to the Schedule Pmts tab on the Clients screen.
- First, we’re revealing a new transaction frequency that can be used for scheduled payments, deposits, and transfers: Twice a Month! With the new “Day(s)” section of the screen, you’ll be able to choose which days of the month for these payments to recur. This section will also appear on the Schedule Deps and Schedule Xfer tabs, so you can choose the appropriate days for your deposits and transfers, too.
- We’re shifting the “Payment Amount” field earlier in the order of columns on the screen, directly after the “Payment Method,” for better flow.
- The “Sort by Client” checkbox has been grouped together with the other checkboxes in a more intuitive location.
- Finally, we’re including descriptions on the Frequency dropdown list, which will help you remember exactly what the more complicated frequencies mean.

These are fantastic changes! The changes in the frequencies and the ability to add dates is fantastic. I know I could set them for dates, but to be able to be specific is really useful. Thanks for constantly working with us to make it better.
