For our final upgrade change reveal, we’ve chosen our favorite topic: reports!
First, you might remember the poll we sent out a few months ago about changes to Client Statement reports. (To jog your memory, take a look at the poll results article here:
https://rpmccs.com/poll-results-client-statement-changes/) As was overwhelmingly popular, we’ve moved all monetary columns to the right on these reports in version 6.1.0.
In addition, Client Statement reports will be numbered individually for each client in the new version. No more handing a client a report that says “Page 41 of 165″—just a clean, simple Page 1, Page 2, etc. for each client’s report. This change will also apply to other reports in the “Transactions By Client” section that are intended to give to your clients.
Next, we’re adding a User ID selection to reports in the “Transactions” section, which will allow you to report on the specific transactions one user entered or processed.
Finally, we’re adding a Query option to the Audit Events By Client report, which will allow you to view audit events in grid format for easy copy/pasting and exporting.
