Written by Last time, I pulled back the curtain on the upcoming changes to the export functionality in RPM. What’s next? You guessed it—we couldn’t change the exports without giving imports some TLC, too!
Here are the changes we’re making to the Import ACH Deposits screen:
- At the top of the screen, a field now displays the date and time of the most recent deposit import posting. This is an easy way to make sure you don’t double-deposit!
- The deposit count and total deposit amount contained within your latest deposit import file now displays on the screen, which will allow you to confirm right away that you’ve selected and imported a correct and complete file.
- Counts of the number of matched and unmatched deposits, along with the total monetary amounts of each, now also display directly on the screen. You can still view full reports for each, but the on-screen display provides a quick overview.
In addition to these changes visible on the screen, we’ve also added audit tracking for deposit imports, so you can double-check which deposits were imported and when if there’s ever any question.
