A new option is being added to check client balances on the transaction date.
If you enter deposits in advance for the upcoming month, for example, and then want to enter additional payments for the current month, this option will allow you to verify the client has sufficient funds as of the transaction date.
You can turn this option on or off on the System Setup screen. If on, set it to Warn about negative balances or Prevent negative balances on the transaction date. This will apply when you are processing scheduled payments or entering payments manually. You will still be able to view balances for the client on both the transaction date and the total account balance even if the option is turned off.
