Sharing files for all users

Each RPM Cloud user will have a private “Documents” folder under their username. To share files with other users, use the “Shared Folder” on the root of the “C:” drive. The “Shared Folder” can also be accessed from a shortcut on your desktop or through the File Explorer.

You can create folders in the “Shared Folder” and save documents in those folders. For example, electronic signature files for your checks can be stored there and used on the Check Layout screen in RPM.

Scanned documents for clients or transactions can also be stored in the “Shared Folder” and linked in RPM. Documents linked to a client are shown below.
