Written by As promised in the previous post, we’re making even more improvements to the Clients screen, on top of the ones we’ve already revealed for the Basic tab!
Behold the newly reworked Personal tab! Based on your suggestions in the comments of the Clients screen blank space poll (summary here: https://rpmccs.com/poll-results-blank-space/), we’ve made several additions, which I’ll detail below.
Here are the fields we’ve added to the Personal tab:
- Additional marital status information: “Marriage Date,” “Divorce Date,” and Spouse Death” date fields
- Social Security identifiers, as requested by many of you in poll comments: “Birthplace,” “Mother’s Maiden Name,” and “Father’s Name” text fields
- “Death Date” field to track the date of the client’s passing (separately from the existing Termination Date)
Our hope is that these fields will serve as useful places for you to track relevant information about your clients! Of course, if it isn’t useful to you, there’s no need to use them.
