Planned upgrade changes – More NACHA export functionality!

We’ve just made the experience of exporting exponentially easier!

For all of you who use (or might start using) RPM’s export functionality for sending digital transaction files to the bank, we have exciting improvements planned for the August upgrade.

Here are the changes we’ve made to the Export XEFT Transactions screen:

  1. At the top of the screen, a field now displays the date and time of the most recent XEFT export. If you can’t remember whether you’ve exported the transactions for the day or week, this is an easy way to tell!
  2. You can now export NACHA files by bank instead of just by account. This means you can include transactions from multiple mass accounts in a single export file, as long as those mass accounts are held at the same bank.
  3. If the “Balanced” NACHA file option is selected, you can choose to include individual accounts. This will allow you to send transactions from individual accounts via NACHA file—which we’re incredibly excited to roll out to all of you who have requested it!

Thanks so much for everyone’s input on this topic. We love making RPM work better for the people who matter most—you and your clients!

More changes are on the way, so keep your eyes peeled. Any guesses, anyone?
