It’s that time of year again! A brand new RPM update will be rolling out in February, and we can’t wait to share what we’ve been working on.
Everyone loves automation—it saves time, money, and headaches. That’s why the new version of RPM will include an option to automatically capitalize the text of the “pay to” and “mail to” portions of your checks to allow for postal automation. Simply check the “Uppercase Pay To/Mail To Address” box on the Check Layout screen, and get printing!

In addition to the capitalization, we’re also removing the comma from the address that prints on checks. Say goodbye to Commatown, CA and hello to AUTOMATION AZ!
Please comment and let us know if this will be useful to you or if you have any suggestions for more ways RPM can help you automate. As always, we appreciate your feedback!
This is great! It wasn’t something I thought about until after I’d already entered way too many vendors to go back and change it, and ever since it’s been bugging me whenever I’m mailing checks out. Much appreciated!
