Written by We squashed a quick bug in version 6.0.9 that was impacting reconciliation of deposit tickets.
If you’ve reconciled any deposit tickets since upgrading to 6.0.9 and noticed a balancing issue, follow these steps to correct it:
- Download and install the “6.0.9 A” patch at rpmccs.com/upgrade-update/. This can be done any time, even while other people are using your RPM system. RPM Cloud users can skip this step; we’ve already installed the patch for you.
- Open the Reconcile screen and find any deposit tickets reconciled since you upgraded to 6.0.9. Click the Clear checkbox twice for each deposit ticket. (Clear and unclear them, or unclear and re-clear them, depending on their current clearing status.)
- Close the Reconcile screen and reopen it. Your balances should now be correct.
