RPM Cloud pricing
The RPM Cloud platform is designed as a subscription service where all data and software is stored in the cloud and accessed via an internet connection.
All RPM Cloud plans give you:
- Your own private cloud server – not shared with any other company.
- Microsoft Office 365 pre-installed. Log in with your Microsoft 365 E3, E5, Apps, or Business Premium license.
- Off-site daily backup snapshots of the entire server with 7 days of history.
- Rolling 12-month backups of your RPM data.
- MalwareBytes Business antivirus.
- Unlimited email support.
- Up to 4 remote support sessions per server per year.
- RPM upgrades installed for you.
- Unlimited clients and separate company databases up to 10GB disk space.
- SQL Server Express database.
- Add, remove, or swap users at any time. You can request these user changes here.
- Upgrade or downgrade based on the number of users you have each month.

Pricing starts at $30/month for each user, plus the RPM Cloud Server monthly cost. Users can be added or removed at any time. Your RPM Cloud server can be upgraded or downgraded based on the number of users you have each month.
