Reset Google Chrome browser settings

If you click Print in RPM Cloud and your print results do not show up, your web browser settings may be stopping it. Follow the steps below to reset your browser settings. This only applies to Google Chrome.

Step 1 – Click the three vertical dots in the upper right hand corner of your Chrome browser window.

Step 2 – Click Settings.

Step 3 – Click Reset and clean up.

Step 4 – Click Restore settings to their original defaults.

When this is complete, close and re-open your browser windows and re-connect to RPM Cloud. Printing should work after that.
