Reset Google Chrome browser settings

If you click Print in RPM Cloud and your print results do not show up, your web browser settings may be interfering. Follow the steps below to reset your browser settings. This only applies to Google Chrome.

Step 1 – Click the three vertical dots in the upper right corner of your Chrome browser window.

Step 2 – Click Settings.

Step 3 – Click Reset and clean up.

Step 4 – Click Restore settings to their original defaults.

When this is complete, close and reopen your browser windows and reconnect to RPM Cloud. Printing should work normally.
