Upgrade changes – Version 6.0.7

Clients

  • Basic – a button has been added on Individual Account records to allow you to manually reset the next check number. See the Community post for more details.
  • Basic RPM now disallows the entry of duplicate SSNs/claim numbers. See the Community post for more details.
  • Personal – we’ve added the ability to keep track of clients’ pronouns and increased the length of the “Gender” text field. See the Community post for more details.
  • Housing tab/Income tab – the Housing/Income tab has been separated into two separate tabs. See the Community post for more details.
  • Housing tab – on the expanded Housing tab, you can now enter clients’ addresses, housing dates, and notes about each housing record.
  • Housing tab – we’ve also included a section for tracking your clients’ roommates, their relevant contacts, and notes.
  • Income tab – the expanded Income tab now includes a section for employment descriptions, dates, and notes.
  • Custom tab – additional custom fields and lists 8–10 have been added. See the Community post for more details.
  • Expandable “Notes” fields added to Housing, Income, and Events tabs. See the Community post for more details.
  • User ID & Last Updated date added to Housing (Housing and Roommates), Income (Income and Employment), ImpairmentsEventsContactsDocuments, and Assets records. See the Community post for more details.

Transactions

  • Print Checks – new printer and tray selection options have been added. See the Community post for more details.
  • Payments and deposits can use both payment and deposit categories. See the Community post for more details.

Reports

  • Balances, Balances with Actual Deposits & Balances with Actual Deposits By Category – new reports added that allow you to review actual, not scheduled, deposit amounts. See the Community post for more details.
  • Transactions, Scheduled Deposits, Payments, & Transfers – the reports can now be run with blank beginning and/or end dates. See the Community post for more details.
  • Balances, Budget Balances – we’ve added an option to run the report for only your clients’ default accounts. See the Community post for more details.
  • Transactions By Client, Client Budget Detail & Client Projected Balance – we’ve added an option to run the reports for only your clients’ default accounts. See the Community post for more details.
  • Security, User Login Counts – new report added that shows user login counts and average daily users. See the Community post for more details.

Utilities

  • List Maintenance – payment and deposit categories can now be marked “inactive” to prevent future use. See the Community post for more details.
  • List Maintenance, Mass Account – the next check number for a mass account can be manually reset. See the Community post for more details.
  • Check Layout – new option added to automatically uppercase the “Pay To” and “Mail To” information on printed checks. See the Community post for more details.
